Tillbright ("we") makes apps for merchants who use Clover or Square point-of-sale systems: Tillbright Labels and Tillbright Stock. This policy explains what data our apps access, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you install one of our apps (on Clover) or connect your account (on Square), you authorize us to read: your business name and address; your items (names, prices, costs, SKUs, product codes, categories and stock quantities); and, for Tillbright Stock, your orders and their line items, to calculate sales. Our apps do not access your customers' payment card data, and they never create, change or delete anything in your Clover or Square account.
Square merchants pay for our apps through our payment processor's secure checkout. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only your subscription status and a customer reference.
Settings you enter in our apps, such as label preferences, par levels, reorder quantities, vendor names and the email address for daily reports, and anything you send us through our help form or email.
Only to provide the apps' features to you: printing your labels, calculating your stock reports, sending the daily email you turned on, and answering your support requests. We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles.
Connections to Clover, Square and our apps are encrypted (HTTPS). The access tokens they give us are stored encrypted. Inventory data is cached for only a few minutes to keep the apps fast. Access to our systems is limited to the people who run Tillbright.
We use a hosting provider to run our servers, an email delivery provider to send the daily reports and support replies you ask for, and a payment processor to bill Square merchants. They process data only on our behalf.
If you uninstall an app or disconnect Tillbright from your Square account, we stop accessing your data. We delete your stored settings and tokens within 90 days of uninstall, or sooner if you ask. Email hello@tillbright.com to request deletion or a copy of your data.
Our apps are for businesses and are not directed to children.
